Denni Pamment

I met Denni as the seller's agent and was very impressed with her. I thought she was communicative, empathetic, sympathetic to our arguments in relation to purchase price and why we would want to make a particular offer but still firm in conveying her thoughts of what was fair. For a variety of reasons, the purchase negotiations stalled a couple of times and it was through Denni's efforts that they were rekindled and ultimately led us to purchasing the property. I think we purchased the property for a fair price - not a marked down price and I was advised that the sellers also ultimately thought they had received a fair price for the offer. The negotiations were particularly sensitive as we were friends with the sellers and at times, had to take a stance which might have been construed at odds with our friendship. But Denni worked very hard at not allowing the negotiation process to affect our relationship with the sellers. In fact, we have remained friends with the sellers and that is only really due to Denni's fair approach to all of us.

Most impressive performance - Denni went so far above and beyond the expected that we would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anyone selling a house. There should be more than five stars to rate her, especially in the field of negotiation!

Denni made us feel very comfortable from the start and listened to our wants and needs. Denni was honest, efficient and professional through the selling process and I would recommend her highly to anyone wanting to sell their property.
