From the start Deon has been very approachable and has shown a positive attitude towards the whole selling process. He has a solid knowledge of the market and has provided a realistic assessment of my property. He demonstrated very good negotiating skills when that became necessary for a positive outcome of the sale. Only drawback was that it wasn't always easy to catch him on the phone, he was obviously too busy dealing with his numerous clients! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deon as an agent to sell your property.
