This is the 3rd property we have sold through Deon Calder in the last 6 months, and he didn't disappoint! Due to circumstances outside of our control, the first contract stalled, so we had to change tack after about 3 months on the market. Deon was quick to adapt, and achieved the desired result about a month afterwards.
