My husband and I bought our house when I was 9 months pregnant. We made an offer the week before my due date, and the property went unconditional the day after my daughter was born. Even with that being the case, the whole process was streamlined and easy - thanks to Deon and Sally staying in close contact with us, explaining the process, and just making the whole thing relatively simple. Sally was an email champion, always quick to reply to my emails and provide updates throughout. Myself and my wife moved to Australia from Ireland 4 years ago and recently purchased our first property through Deon and Sally at Coronis . We have been putting off the idea for the few years as we were unsure of the process and bearing in mind our long drawn out experiences of buying property in Ireland, we weren't looking forward to it!
