Another house sold with Baston & Co and another fantastic result. Derek and the team were faultless throughout the entire process bringing great communication skills, endless energy and a vast data base full of potential buyers. No one has better knowledge of the local market and no one will find you a better deal. I highly recommend the team at Baston & Co to help sell or buy your most valuable asset.

Great market knowledge, efficient and responsive. The Baston & Co team are professional and made the process so easy. Their advice was always on point.

Derek and his whole team were all wonderful to deal with .Always available and professional at all times . The whole process from beginning to end was stress free . Just one small thing that could have been stressful was sorted so quickly I didn’t have time to worry about it . Thank you

Right from the beginning Derek and his team were fantastic to deal with, their knowledge of the house and the area was exceptional. During the buying process the communication was very clear, Derek did everything he said he would, when he said he would. In the past I have found agents to be very unreliable, especially when it comes to returning calls and following up, Derek was the exact opposite of this! He's one a first agent's I can honestly say I'd be happy to work with again. Thanks again to Derek and the Team.

Derek was extremely professional throughout the entire process. The whole team were amazing, I was always informed of any requirements to make the process of buying a house stress free. Thanks again for assisting me in finding my beautiful home!

Derek was very informative and provided excellent advice. Responses to questions were super fast and our deal was concluded smoothly without a hitch.

Thank you so much to Derek, Isaac and the whole team at Baston & Co. Throughout the process they ensured everything ran smoothly which made the experience as pain free as selling a house can be. Derek is down to earth and his knowledge of the industry and the area is second to none. If you're selling a home in the Victoria Park area, we would highly recommend using Baston & Co.

I have now dealt with Derek as a purchaser and a buyer, and I can attest to his complete professionalism, willingness to answer any question and wax lyrical about any aspect of the housing market that you may wish to discuss 😊 Both Derek and Isaac did great work in preparing and showing the house and securing the contract for sale in super quick time. Always an A++ experience dealing with Baston&Co.

We can’t recommend Baston & Co highly enough. From start to finish, Baston & Co genuinely care about the service they provide. We were kept well informed every step of the way. Derek knows his stuff! He was always free for a chat, will tell you how it is and is more than happy to share his industry knowledge. Thankyou Derek, Isaac, Alice and team for all your hard work in selling our property!

I was very impressed with being able to approach Derek and his team with any queries I had with regards to this property. They always made themselves available to me and were very efficient.

Thank you to the team at Baston & Co. This was the second house we have sold with Derek as the agent. In the time between sales Derek has maintained contact with us through regular newsletters of insights in the real estate market concentrating on his specialty areas around Victoria Park. Amongst our friends and neighbours Derek’s name often comes up as an agent that they have used and always with positive comments. Both times we have engaged Derek as an agent we have appreciated his frank advice on the state of the market, where he perceived our property fits in the market and how best to prepare and present our property. His advice is structured so we felt our opinions mattered and we were in control of the process whilst Derek acted for us. The selling process progressed with us being informed of developments directly and with weekly summaries. Documentation was explained and time was available for questions. When Derek was unavailable Isaac stepped in to fulfil the immediate requirements. Derek continued with advice and updates to the very confirmation of settlement. Baston & Co is a small team. As already mentioned, Isaac was available at a crucial time in the sale process and Isaac was integral in the first contact with the eventual buyers. Alice and Rickie-Lee in the office were our point of contact for a lot of emails and phone calls and these were all attended to efficiently. And lee for directing the whole thing. We recommend Baston & Co as an agency to contact regarding real estate requirements in Victoria Park and the surround suburbs.

Homes and Dreams can come true. As a buyer, Derek and his team were easy to deal with. They were knowledgeable and professional regarding contract negotiations, buyer and seller communication, and settlement requirements.
