Our experience with the Baston and Co team was amazing from the first viewing. We felt informed and all queries were promptly answered. The offering process was exciting, not stressful. We were guided through the rest, and always felt taken care of. Best of all the house is a perfect fit for us, so we'll always be able to look back on our first purchase as a great one!

I’m not much good at this and so sorry meant to do this before but forgot. I would highly Recommend Derick and team to any one. So patient while we made our minds up. Thank you all.

I am very happy with the service I received from Derek and his team. His knowledge of the Vic Park area is commendable. Derek, and Rickie in the office, were very helpful and professional in all aspects. I am very happy with the way my purchase was handled and would highly recommend Baston & Co .

As a local, Derek knew everything that we thought would excite potential buyers, from what was happening with underground power to The best cafes close by. That’s why we chose to go with Derek and Lee (also, Rickie in the office was a breeze to deal with)!

We highly recommend Derek to buy a property from. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Rickie could not have been more helpful and her communication once the sale was completed was exceptional.

Amazing service by Derek, Rickie and the team at Baston & Co. They go the extra mile to ensure the best result for the seller and the buyer. We were very happy with the Openn Negotiation selling mechanism used as well. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use Derek again.....and I'm not just saying that because of the bottle of bubbly on settlement :)

I trust Derek and his local knowledge. Derek was professional and helpful together with his team Lee and Ricki.

Derek is professional, and yet has a friendly and likeable manner, that made us feel at ease in our dealings with him He listened to our ideas and gave feedback He has an excellent knowledge of our local area in Victoria Park, and we would highly recommend Derek and his team

Derek was able to give me a complete and comprehensive outline of the property market in Victoria Park over a number of months. The sale result was as expected, with great communication throughout the entire process. Rickie is an exceptional sales administrator, keeping me fully informed.

It was our first home and we had a lot of questions. Derek was kind enough to answer them and helped us through the process. Straight forward genuine people . Highly recommend.

Derek & Rickie communicated honestly & efficiently throughout the process of us purchasing land with them. They were happy to help with our many questions & kept us in the loop along the way.

Derek and Rickie were incredibly helpful from start to end. Always gave me peace of mind and accommodated any questions or requests I had, sometimes changing schedules to be able to fit me in. They made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you Baston and Co!
