When you deal with Derek you know you are receiving honest and first class knowledge of the market. Derek has an extremely high knowledge of the Vic Park and surrounding area . We sold our house on the first weekend it was advertised . You don't need to go anywhere else or deal with anyone else other than Derek if you want prompt and accurate results for your property.

Derek's knowledge and experience in Vic Park is incredible and i truly believe he is the best agent in this area.

The purchase of my new home went very smoothly. Derek was happy to answer all my questions and expediently sought answers to those he could not. Very easy to communicate with and a super quick response time from both Derek and his staff when I needed assistance. Thank you : )

Derek is a excellent agent. His service is very professional

Derek is genuine. A lot of agents out there give off an untrustworthy "salesman shark" type persona yet Derek is the complete opposite. He was upfront and honest and put in the extra effort to assist with the transaction even briefly acting as proxy settlement agent for the seller while they were still getting their sh** together. His administrator Rickie also kept us well informed throughout the sales process. Especially since it was my first home and settlement experience. Derek is a local to Victoria Park so he lives and breathes the area and is full of knowledge, support, and recommendations of the local businesses. A good local bloke running a genuine local family agency.

Derek called when he found us the perfect house and he was right, it is perfect. The whole process was super simple. Couldn't be happier!

Derek is a very likeable Agent. His local knowledge and love for the Victoria Park area is obvious. As a newbie to the West, he gave me some great tips on what to do here. He is always professional, on time and very communicative The purchase process was made easy in working with Derek and Rickie at Baston & Co Highly recommended!

Derek was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of our new home. He was professional, knowledgeable and excited about the property and getting us into it. There was plenty of communication and guidance on the process.

We appreciated Derek’s down to earth realism regarding the market, and his enthusiasm regarding the marketing and selling of our property. Selling on the cusp of the pandemic increased our anxiety and Rickie was both supportive and helpful in getting us through. Strongly recommend Baston & Co.

Derek is an enthusiastic professional who possesses a thorough knowledge of the Perth real estate scene. Together with his professional team, he understands the power of social media and skilfully utilises online resources. Derek is genuinely interested in the best interests of his clients with great interpersonal skills. The level of trust and rapport established from the first meeting was very reassuring and continued throughout, culminating in a successful sale.

Derek and Lee have found a way to Build a business that make the otherwise stressful experience of buying and selling pleasurable. Derek is clear, concise, professional and his positivity is contagious to both buyers and sellers. He takes the time to listen and suggest but will always follow your instruction. He is supported by a professional team of staff including Rickie who was quick to answer questions and arrange what needs doing. They know what needs doing and they do it very well. Consider them for your next purchase or sale as you won’t regret it.

This is the second home sold through Baston & Co's in which Derek has become the face we have trusted with our dealings. This experience rates as high as the first, with the whole team striving for client satisfaction. Selling properties within this uncharted market has been a challenge but Baston & Co have delivered again. Thanks to everyone for this great outcome.
