Derek is genuine. A lot of agents out there give off an untrustworthy "salesman shark" type persona yet Derek is the complete opposite. He was upfront and honest and put in the extra effort to assist with the transaction even briefly acting as proxy settlement agent for the seller while they were still getting their sh** together. His administrator Rickie also kept us well informed throughout the sales process. Especially since it was my first home and settlement experience. Derek is a local to Victoria Park so he lives and breathes the area and is full of knowledge, support, and recommendations of the local businesses.
