109B Westminster was quite a unique property. Derek insight and knowledge of the area meant we priced the house correctly and got the sale we were looking for. I think you get the right mix of integrity, professionalism and sales drive (without being pushy). Very personal, quick to respond and happy to answer many daft questions. We had some challenges through the settlement process however Derek continued to represent my interests where others may have tried to convince me to give ground so they could close the deal and bank their fee.
