We just recently bought a house from Derek and the experience was fantastic from the viewing to the handover. Derek and his team couldn't have been more helpful through every step of the way!
THANKYOU Derek & your team for making my first time Real Estate experience smooth. I found all of you helpful, friendly & very professional. Nothing was too much trouble to attend to. Kind regards Jos
Derek and his staff gave excellent service and very professional service in answering our questions. Made the purchase easy. Would use them again.
Derek and his staff were always professional in all my dealings with them. Accepting the fact that I chose to sell when the market was very poor they continued to remain positive.
Derek, Lee, Joni and Rickie are a highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic team and were lways available to answer our myriad questions. We would recommend Baston and Co to anyone. The team epitomises customer oriented service and we got an excellent result for our beautiful house.
From the initial appraisal appointment through to the final settlement Derek and his team have been an absolute delight to work with. All aspects of the marketing and sale process have been managed in a most professional manner. Baston and Co were recommended to me by one of their clients. I am more than happy with the outcome, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to potential sellers or buyers.
This is the second time we have dealt with Derek, he sold our house that we purchased from him 11 years ago.Derek was our second agent, as we were recommended another by a friend, all i can say is that we should have gone with Derek to start with. He is very honest ( may not be what you want to hear your house is really worth) but unlike other agents that just over price your property, only for it to sit there and then want to reduce the price anyway, he will put a realistic value on the house, clearly it works as he sold ours in approx 6 weeks which was pretty good in the current market. I would just like to thank Derek and all of his team as they do a great job and are always just a phone call away if you need them.
Awesome people. Great service A Class
Having previously dealt with Derek to sell a property several years ago, we had no hesitation engaging Baston & Co for the sale of our own property. Derek was well prepared on our initial meeting, knowledgeable about the market, provided all round excellent service with a capable team to back it up. Continuously informed throughout and leading to settlement made for a seamless sale. Highly recommend Derek and his team!
Working with Derek and the team at Baston Real Estate has been a great experience. Derek and his team were professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Derek is extremely knowledgeable about the market which allowed us to make informed decisions regarding our property. We would happily recommend Baston Real Estate to anyone selling their home. Thanks again Derek, Lee, Rickie and Joni.
We bought a house from Derek recently and we were so grateful! He made the whole process so easy and pleasant for us, from the day we first viewed the property until the day we received our keys. He is excellent at what he does, but at the same time he is also very friendly, honest and humble. We have met and worked with a few different agents before but we found Derek to be the best agent so far! The team was really great as well, thank you so much Derek, Rickie and Joni!
