Derek is a really good agent. He knows the business, the area and could answer pretty much all my questions. As a first home buyer, Derek was helpful and patient getting me through what is a pretty daunting process. Derek is very personable and engaging so if you’re a seller he would be a great agent. As a buyer, Derek and his team have a great level of customer care.
Helpful and very friendly. Knew and accomplished every question I had for him.
Can’t say enough good things about the professional yet friendly and approachable team at Baston & Co. They really focus on the fine details right upto the very end without causing any stress. We have now bought our dream home with Derek a few years ago and he just sold our investment home last week. Derek and the team always deliver!
Derek & his team are the best of the best. This is the second property Derek has sold for us and he excelled yet again. We had a few issues with the buyers over the course of settlement and Derek and the team had everything under control (and he kept in touch whilst he was overseas on a family holiday). We cannot rate Baston & Co highly enough and we're a bit sad that we don't (officially) have to deal with them anymore! Thank you once again for your professional service.
Before purchasing this property I had previously started looking around the Vic Park/Burswood area a year before for our dream home. There was one agent that I kept running into who was always friendly, approachable and remembered my young sons name. He was also an incredible repository of information about Vic Park and I actually looked forward to running into him. He told me that I would eventually buy a house from him. I was dubious. I soon figured out why the very best houses I looked at were being sold by this man: people trusted him to sell their house! And what he said ended up being true. I did end up buying a house from him and having previously dealt with five other real estate agencies previous, this was the most easy and professional experience out of all of them. I felt I could talk to him and I felt he always had time for me even though he was incredibly busy and in demand. I would happily buy another house from Derek or Lee! And I would also happily use them as a seller too. The rest of the team is just as friendly and customer focused. Excellent!
Great job, no stress and no fussing around. Thanks to Derek and the whole team at Baston & Co.
Derek was very good at identifying the most suitable property for my needs and practised open and in-depth communication through out the whole sale process. His knowledge and love for the Victoria Park area is evident from the first moment you speak with him. He possesses great enthusiasm and integrity, when I am ready to sell I will be calling him.
Derek and his team exceeded all our expectations on handling the sale of our home. Friendly and professional from start to finish Would highly recommend using Baston & Co Thanks again Derek
Derek is a consummate professional. He knows the business of real estate inside and out and is genuinely passionate about his work. Derek imbued me with confidence that he could market and sell my house quickly at the right price and that's what he did.
We have bought and sold a few houses in our time, although the last time was about 15 years ago. This was a particularly challenging time in both the market and the potential buyers. Thank you Derek for helping us through. It was a trying time for all as we pushed forward with a few tricky issues that popped up! We appreciated Derek's patience, humour, and understanding of different people. Joni and Rickie were concise and efficient in their admin which was most helpful. Thank you to Baston & Co.
