Before purchasing this property I had previously started looking around the Vic Park/Burswood area a year before for our dream home. There was one agent that I kept running into who was always friendly, approachable and remembered my young sons name. He was also an incredible repository of information about Vic Park and I actually looked forward to running into him. He told me that I would eventually buy a house from him. I was dubious. I soon figured out why the very best houses I looked at were being sold by this man: people trusted him to sell their house! And what he said ended up being true. I did end up buying a house from him and having previously dealt with five other real estate agencies previous, this was the most easy and professional experience out of all of them. I felt I could talk to him and I felt he always had time for me even though he was incredibly busy and in demand. I would happily buy another house from Derek or Lee! And I would also happily use them as a seller too. The rest of the team is just as friendly and customer focused. Excellent!
