Derek and the team at Baston & Co are crazy good at what they do. Through the entire selling process there was never any doubt that Derek and his team had my back. Every sale is different and mine was not an easy road - I thank my lucky stars that I had the support of this awesome team. Derek is professional, dependable, practical and honest. He's just an all around good guy, and his local knowledge is second to none. The whole team at Baston & Co are a pleasure to deal with. They keep you informed, they're lightning fast with their response time, and they're nice as pie. No matter how difficult your circumstances they will help you weather the storm. When I next sell, these are the people I want in my corner. Thanks for everything - you guys are ace!

Derek and the team at Baston & Co have made everything seemless from start to finish for us. They put in extra effort to grant us our wishes right until the end. A very nice personal gesture was the cherry on top of the cake when we picked our keys up. Thank you all again and we hope to be doing business with you again in the future.

Derek was professional and very personable we would highly recommend his services.

Derek is a experienced real estate agent in the and has great knowledge of Victoria Park area

Good people to work with on selling the property.

Our experience with the entire Baston & Co team in the sale of our house was excellent. Derek's knowledge of the local market is fantastic, providing us with a realistic and pragmatic insight into the market. The whole team is friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and a delight to work with. My parents are elderly and I am particularly grateful for the extra time and patience Baston & Co gave to my family to ensure my parents fully understood the process. I would recommend Baston & Co without hesitation and thank them for helping us with the sale of our beloved family home. They are great ambassadors for Victoria Park and the surrounding areas.

Baston & Co were our second agent, in hindsight they should have been our first. Derek is forthright in his methods of marketing and the sales campaign, which certainly kept our property front and centre. This resulted in early interest and ultimately succinct negotiations and settlement. Derek's team were always informing us of status and planned marketing actions and feedback from potential buyers. The key point throughout our campaign was that Derek was always honest, reassuringly positive though not beyond belief and he wanted to sell our property not just list it. Personally i found Derek and his team most approachable and informative, he has an excellent understanding of the market in his catchment area. I have no hesitation in recommending Baston & Co as your FIRST agent.

Derek and his team were very knowledgeable in regards to his target area of the market. Would highly recommend!!

Derek and his team have a great local knowledge and combination of skills and ideas which they used to sell our property. I would have no doubt in referring him to any friends or colleagues.

before purchasing this property I met Derek at various other homes he had for sale. I found him to be one of the friendliest and most engaging of the agents I dealt with. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of his local area.

I purchased a property advertised by this agent and found him to be honest and helpful. He dealt with all inquiry's promptly and showed great integrity in resolving isolated issues that he had not been made aware of. As a purchaser with no financial or contractual obligation to the vendors agent i would not hesitate to use his services in the future and am pleased to recommend him to anyone. His friendly manner and clear communication made the whole process stress free.
