I found Derek to be very professional and his local knowledge of the Victoria Park area gave him greater credibility and the advantage of having a wealth of information and knowledge relevant to our situation. Derek and Lee have also had a very welcoming and personal approach to their service. I have also experienced this when we used them as the property managers.

I sold my villa in East Victoria Park through Baston & Co Property and was extremely happy with the experience. I first met Derek Baston when looking at a separate property that was being sold through them on my street, and was impressed with the easy-going professionalism he exhibited. When it came time to sell my property i found Derek and the rest of his team were well informed on the market, communicated changes and issues to me promptly (in terms i could understand!), and handled everything in a manner which took the usual stress of selling a property out of the equation. I would happily recommend them to anyone requiring the services of a real estate agent as they will also be my first point of contact should i need one in future.

Thanks for the hassle free work. Keep up the good standards. Nice team. Friendly and professional service.

Derek is a Vic Park local and a Real Estate professional who exceeded my property buying expectations. I consider him to be highly knowledgeable of the Vic Park area, informed about the property he was selling, considerate of my buying needs by asking me what my key motivators were and genuinely open to feedback by following up on questions he could not answer immediately. Backing him up is a great team, especially Symone whom I also enjoyed dealing with. From initial home open through to final settlement, Derek and Symone were guiding not pushy. Dedicated. Diligent. Direct. I discerningly recommend Derek Baston, of Baston and Co.

I found Derek to be extremely professional with the sale of my character house in Temple Street Victoria Park. He did his utmost best in remaining neutral with my circumstances surrounding the sale and I was very happy with my house selling within 10 days of going on the market at a price I was extremely pleased with.

As a first home buyer I had anxiety about the process, however the team from Baston & Co with there first class communications skills had kept my anxiety about the process at ease. Originally liaising with Derek, I was further down the process passed onto the very capable hands of Symone. There market knowledge, and personal sales approach was on display early within the buying process, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective buyer in the Vic Park Area.

We have had Derek & Lee sell a property for us and another property to us - both times have been pleasurable experiences. They have a passion for their work and were able to offer excellent advice - even when they would experience no personal benefit for themselves. I can highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to have them help us again. Neil & Tania

Derek and staff were very friendly and welcoming with a vast amount of knowledge of the local area. Always contactable and very professional. Will be back to conduct more business in the future.

We are happy with the service provided by Baston and Co.

Simply put, Derek and Lee know their business. They know Victoria Park and it's surrounds inside out. We bought our current house through them many years ago before they ran their own company; we sold our old property in 2014 at the start of the downturn - Baston and Co offered honest and realistic advice. Whether you are buying or selling, Derek is a truly pleasant person to engage. In my opinion, these guys are simply the go-to agents for the Victoria Park locality.

We were really pleased with the professionalism shown by Derek and team from start to finish. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. Thanks!

In a market place with no guarantees Lee, Derek and Symone ensured a very successful outcome; the sale of my property in a timely fashion and at a price that was highly satisfactory. I was very happy with the professional knowledge and advice that set up my property to be highly marketable and it was easy to have trust and confidence in their straight forward approach. I couldn't have chosen better agents!
