After failing with another agent, I interviewed another 3 agents (Including Deron) Deron proved to be hardworking, knowledgeable and trust worthy. He also had a head start as he had the majority share of current listing on the market, meaning who knew all the current buyers in the market. after a 3 weeks of buyers thinking they can get a deal in the current market, Deron got the right buyer and a deal was struck! I work long hours and often after hours and Deron would always work when needed. he wasn't a 9-5 agent (Which I had previously experienced). I would also like to add I was not an easy vendor and Deron was extremely patient and would put up with my nonsense, while also being very firm and direct.
