After failing with another agent, I interviewed another 3 agents (Including Deron) Deron proved to be hardworking, knowledgeable and trust worthy. He also had a head start as he had the majority share of current listing on the market, meaning who knew all the current buyers in the market. after a 3 weeks of buyers thinking they can get a deal in the current market, Deron got the right buyer and a deal was struck! I work long hours and often after hours and Deron would always work when needed. he wasn't a 9-5 agent (Which I had previously experienced). I would also like to add I was not an easy vendor and Deron was extremely patient and would put up with my nonsense, while also being very firm and direct. He always told me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I would definitely recommend Deron to anyone looking to sell, he is a sales person and wants to work to get a deal done.

Our experience with Deron for the sale of our property has been fantastic. Us being overseas could have created some issues, but Deron communication with us has been such that the whole process was done without any misunderstanding. From our initial meeting, Deron set genuine but positive expectations and continued to do so throughout the process in a tough market. Deron was always on time, professional and courteous.

Deron is very well organised, everything has been accounted for and a plan is in front of you from the begining of selling/buying process. Also, all tasks are done as swiftly as possible. It only took him and his colleagues 2 weeks to fix up all the required maintenance, bring in the furniture for staging and do the professional photography ! And our house was on the market in 15 days. All in all, he might be the best agent in the area because of his market knowledge, being fantastically organised, having an honest approach and great communication.
