Deron's estimate of what we could expect were accurate. The builders, inspectors and other support that Deron provided contacts for were available, fast and very good. Deron worked with our desired time frame and wishes and was incredibly professional, amiable and approachable at all times. The photos of our home looked wonderful and Deron's sales strategy saw circa 120 groups of people through our property and resulted in a dozen or so offers on the back of a falling market. We received an acceptable offer in a week and went unconditional two and a half weeks after the first open house. A sensational result and a very positive process. Deron had sold two of three properties in my street over recent months, I gather these were for record prices relative to the size and capacity of each home. He was outstanding. He called me with information when he promised to do so, unlike other agents. Having tried to sell my home yet failed to do so through another ‘high achieving’ agent on this ranking system, I would never list my property in 4069 with anyone other than Deron. There are no histrionics, just information backed up by data. His assistant, Krystal is highly attentive and so sincere.
