Deron did a great job in a trying market after the effects of a flood and various geo political acts. He produced a weekly report and guided us through the auction process each week until auction day where he was able to achieve a higher result than the property next door he had sold 6 weeks prior. He also arrange for Most of his office to be at the auction to assist with buyers bidding and making sure no stone was unturned to achieve us a great result.
I had my home on the market with a Taringa agent for nearly 4 weeks, with interest from buyers which I thought were very low, and an auction price which I did not accept. As an ex real estate agent for 17 years, I decided I needed to change agents, as my home was getting a lemon tag, in a real estate boom, and sellers market in Kenmore. Thank goodness one of my old friends who was still working in real estate admin, asked Deron from Brisbane Real Estate to knock on my door, as she told him I had not been well, and might need some assistance.
