We would like to thank Di & Phil Key for their professionalism and support during our recent sale in what can be a very daunting and stressful experience. There were many who were surprised that whilst our house is in Blairgowrie we chose to appoint an agent outside of Blairgowrie being Stockdale & Leggo in Rye. Their honesty, integrity, knowledge of Blairgowrie and professionalism shone through all competitors, and proved to be the best decision. Our emotional journey of selling our home was shared by the entire team at Rye Stockdale & Leggo who had our best interests at heart with the overall campaign not seen as just another vendor but more so we were all part of a team with the same goal. Throughout the campaign we were continuously updated with information and advised on how the sale was progressing, with telephone calls well in advance of inspections and each inspection immediately followed up with feedback. Any agent can organize a marketing campaign, but it is the personal communication and follow up one on one with people which is very important and this was a major factor in the success of the sale of our home. Di Key’s ability to easily communicate to prospective buyers to identify their needs and correlate their requirements with our property was truly outstanding, resulting in an overwhelming number of prospective buyers attending our auction. With an excellent attendance Phil Key’s extensive auctioneer skills were prevalent with the ability to work with the crowd and maximise the sale price of our house well in excess of our expectations.
