I listed Di to sell my home as having lived in Everton Park for 8+ years, her quick sales on other homes spoke volumes. I had met Di a few years ago when I was thinking of selling along with two other agents, however the time was not right. This year, having just put a house under contract subject to the sale of my home, I knew listing with Di would sell it quickly and she would not undersell it either. I knew Di would be honest about what my home was worth and in fact was more than I had thought which was a bonus. I have also met Di at other open homes in the area when I was looking for investment properties, so on the other side as being a buyer, I always find Di professional and she knows the Everton Park market extremely well.
