I listed Di to sell my home as having lived in Everton Park for 8+ years, her quick sales on other homes spoke volumes. I had met Di a few years ago when I was thinking of selling along with two other agents, however the time was not right. This year, having just put a house under contract subject to the sale of my home, I knew listing with Di would sell it quickly and she would not undersell it either. I knew Di would be honest about what my home was worth and in fact was more than I had thought which was a bonus. I have also met Di at other open homes in the area when I was looking for investment properties, so on the other side as being a buyer, I always find Di professional and she knows the Everton Park market extremely well. The agent was late to the building and pest inspection and valuation making all parties wait. When keys were picked up Di didn't even bother getting off the phone to hand the keys over. The house was vacant during the sale period. when we arrived at the house after settlement the back door was open and all doors were left unlocked Settlement was 2 weeks ago the for sale sign hasn't been removed the house is still listed on real estate.com. Di was unable to answer questions regarding age of house, and possibility of asbestos being present, and in my dealings with other agents regarding other properties they were always able to answer these same questions on the spot.

It was a wonderful experience to have Di sell my house, friendly, efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Di 100%.
