From the outset Di worked extremely hard to present and promote our property in the best possible light. Her suggestions were very helpful. We were fairly demanding of her but she is resilient and make her points boldly and honestly. We appreciated this. She never missed an open day and gave us appropriate feedback. Di recently assisted us with the purchase of a property in Everton Park.In her dealings with us we found Di to be both friendly and professional. In particular Di attended the open house inspections personally.All building and follow up inspections were attended personally. all correspondence either by email or phone were attended to promptly and we feel these attributes contributed greatly to our successful purchase.
The agent was late to the building and pest inspection and valuation making all parties wait. When keys were picked up Di didn't even bother getting off the phone to hand the keys over. The house was vacant during the sale period. when we arrived at the house after settlement the back door was open and all doors were left unlocked Settlement was 2 weeks ago the for sale sign hasn't been removed the house is still listed on real estate.com. Di was unable to answer questions regarding age of house, and possibility of asbestos being present, and in my dealings with other agents regarding other properties they were always able to answer these same questions on the spot.

We opted to instruct Di due to her market presence within the area and her personable approach on the appraisal. As a former real estate agent, Di was very patient in managing my own outdated opinions and after suggesting for some weeks that we change the marketing, we eventually agreed which quickly brought out the sale. We firstly secured an offer that was lower than we hoped but we were prepared to accept. Di suggested we hold out, introducing another buyer with a considerably higher offer. I do believe a lot of agents would've pushed us to accept the first offer but this extra money made a big difference and to be fair, covered the fee.
