My experience selling through Dimitri Manolis from Ray White New Farm was extremely disappointing. I found him to employ a questionable sales approach and not work in my best interests. He seemed to be wanting the fastest possible sale rather than achieving the best price. - He informed the buyer I had accepted their offer without any instruction from myself. - Sales history data in the comparable sales report he provided was greater than three months old. - He focused on an off-market sale rather than an auction approach, seeking only two offers and strongly encouraged I accept. - He made repeated calls to me on the weekend and evening to pursue closing the deal even after I requested this not to occur. - He did not give me a genuine opportunity and time to obtain relevant independent legal advice on my own terms. - In the subsequent weeks following the sale a near-identical apartment to my own in the same building sold for 37% more.

Richard and Dimitri were absolute professionals. They made buying my first home so easy and answered any questions I had (I had many questions haha) quickly and were very supportive.
