1 bedroom apartments are somewhat of a niche market in Brisbane and I wanted an agent that had experience in selling this particular type of property. I chose to contact Dion as I was impressed with some of the sale prices he had been able to achieve with other 1 bedroom units in 2021. I found Dion to be very patient and understanding of my expectations, and as someone still working full time, found him very accommodating in planning around my schedule. I was satisfied with the sales strategy that Dion proposed and, as a first time property seller, found his knowledge and experience invaluable.
