We first met Dion about 5 years ago, when he sold a previous property for us. It was under less than ideal circumstances, but he worked hard and got an acceptable result. Selling this property would be better for sure. On the first call, he answered by name, showing we were important enough to hold information from the last time we met. He sat down and discussed strategies for an auction with a second plan if that didn't work. No bidders registered after a campaign that generated strong interest and above average number of inspections. More chats about how to proceed. His knowledge of the area and what buyers were really after was pivotal. He secured a sale that was acceptable, but he felt wasn't the right person. After contacting all people who showed interest, circumstances had changed for one prospective buyer. They seemed a better fit for the home, so Dion negotiated a great price that everybody was happy with and locked it in.
