We could not be more satisfied with Dionne's work. She was a huge asset in the sale of our property in a softening market. Her dedication and persistence was pivotal in achieving a great result. Having sold a number of properties in the past I am pleasantly surprised that there are great agents out there.
Dionne really knows her stuff - virtually every prediction she made (price, method of sale, time to sell the property, etc) came true and we were very pleased with the final result. She showed impressive dedication to our relatively humble apartment and was open and honest in her comunication.
We recently purchased a property represented by Dionne at Harcourts. The whole process has been easy and stress-free. Dionne was efficient, communicative and clearly has excellent market knowledge. The property was impeccably presented and her service polished and professional. We would highly recommend her to prospective buyers and sellers, and hope to work with her again in the future!
I have now bought a property and sold a property for a clients through Dionne. I couldn’t recommend her more, because of her level of knowledge, professionalism and tenacity on getting a good result. I will be using Dionne in the near future and looking forward to giving her another 5 star review. David Hewitt Industry Insider - Property Consultant
Dionne was nothing short of exceptional! Her communication with us was fantastic and her market knowledge second to none. We are so pleased we engaged Dionne to be our agent, she not only ensured the selling process was smooth but also facilitated transferring our leasing management seemlessly. We are so thrilled with our result, well done Dionne! Don’t bother looking elsewhere, just call Dionne now!
Having been on the house hunt for close to a year, I encountered all shades of real estate agents, it was so refreshing to meet the vibrant, energetic team at Harcourts. They are extremely friendly, approachable and possess an outstanding knowledge of the Melbourne market. I rate them highly and would gladly deal with them again. Thank you Dionne and the team!
Dionne was excellent to work with, really knew her stuff, and got us a great result. I would highly recommend Dionne
Dionne was great. Every aspect of the service was fantastic. In particular, her clear and regular communication with us was very much appreciated. We achieved slightly above our market expectations in a pretty tough market.
We found Dionne very easy to deal with on all levels. What we also liked was that she was without the pushy sales pitches that you often get from other Real Estate Agents! Certainly excellent and quick with all communication and happy to accommodate our many questions and queries with a smile.
Dionne was very thorough and always available with information throughout the campaign giving incredible attention to us about ideas and direction! I have been very happy with the whole TEAM at Harcourts over the years...thank you !
Very professional agent, good communication skills. It was pleasure to deal with Dionne during the sale of our property. Thank you
