We had a very pleasant experience with Dionne Wilson. Every step was planned and executed with highest attention to detail. Dionne’s experience, professionalism and effective communication definitely made our sales process easier and she delivered all the way to the end! Would definitely recommend Dionne and use her again in the future! Vedran & Steph
First impressions of Dionne right from organising the first meeting over the phone, was that I was dealing with a professional. Dionne's candid assessment of my apartment and exactly what I needed to do to assist the sale (along with what furniture needed to be removed, or 'decluttered') proved right on the money. Dionne advised that auction would be the best option and ultimately delivered way beyond expectation. Just awesome!
Great experience from contact to contract. Was a nice and easy transaction where we all achieved what we wanted. Dionne kept us informed of the progress and ensured that her Vendor received as many Offers as possible, including our clients'.
A very positive experience purchasing our property as a result of Dionne's excellent manner, professionalism and her keen eye for the property market. Thank you again Dionne!
As a prospective buyer she always answered any queries promptly.
Dionne was extremely impressive in the way that she managed the sale of our property and we sold it for a price that other agents had told us was not realistic. We highly recommend Dionne.
Dionne made the process of purchasing our apartment easy. She ensured good communication at all times and was a calm and professional presence throughout the efficient negotiations. I would highly recommend her services as an agent.
Dionne is a great agent! She listened to our needs, she communicates extremely well and she follows through on everything she says. We are sooooooo thankful that we were dealing with Dionne when we were looking for, and then buying, our dream apartment. She was fair, honest and easy to deal with at all times. She is the most genuine and credible agent we have ever encountered. Highly recommend!!
During my first meeting with Dionne at Harcourts, I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly enthusiastic about the selling of our city apartment. Throughout our campaign Dionne didn't disappoint. Her interpersonal skills with potential buyers was excellent as was her ability to promote all aspects of our home. Dionne has a wealth of information and knowledge and a true love for selling property.
Its difficult to express how thrilled we were with the outcome of our auction. Dionne ran a very targeted campaign, keeping us well-informed along the way. Dionne is extremely personable and very thoughtful, and made what could have been a stressful experience, wonderful. Dionne knows her market extremely well, demonstrated perfectly in an outstanding - and unexpected but very welcome - auction result. I highly recommend Dionne.
