Jacob Stanton talks and listens. He doesn't try to talk you into a course of action but, instead, gives you the range of possibilities and explains each one's strengths and weaknesses. He impressed by the way he came to our first meeting, armed with all the relevant information he needed to lay the groundwork for the approach he suggested. He did not oversell his case but provided all the information we needed to decide how to pursue the sale. He also encouraged questions - and answered them in detail - so that we were on top of everything he felt should be done to sell the house. His estimate of the price we might obtain matched what we hoped the property would fetch. However, he felt if there was sufficient competition, it might fetch more (as it did!). At our second meeting, he arrived with a well thought-out game plan that was costed, but also provided for a Plan B if it did not sell as quickly as he anticipated. He suggested we keep the marketing plan to the minimum that he outlined as he felt the property would sell quickly. If that did not happen, Plan B would allow him to move quickly into the next stage. We very much appreciated the flowers and note he sent us the day before the property's first - and only - open day. Small touches, such as these, are what make him such a good salesperson During the six days - much quicker than we had anticipated - that it took to sell the property, he advised us continuously by phone and in person on progress and what steps were being taken to finalise the sale. It was most impressive. Knowledge, skills and experience won the day. The property sold in six days and the price obtained was higher than we anticipated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob to others about to sell their property.
