Jacob is warm and personable without being pushy. He was responsive to our questions, followed up on things and provided clear advice. Jacob spent lots of time talking to many groups during open homes (includingbus). He provided check in support during the auction and has followed through with us after auction. We are very happy with the service he had privided and would recommend him to any seller or buyer.
