Jacob has shown his professionalism on selling my property. It was sold within three days in market with expected price..

Jacob supported the sale of our home, as a joint agent and provided positive and knowledgeable input into the process. The sale process was extended over a reasonable period of time, due to the festive season break and other factors, but Jacob remained confident of the eventual outcome, which after a couple of offers falling through due to buyers being unable to get finance, the sale was ultimately completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend Jacob to potential sellers.

Jacob was lovely to deal with when purchasing our first home. He was extremely responsive and happy to answer any and all questions in a timely and efficient manner.

From the very beginning we were impressed by Jacob's professionalism and his kind and courteous manner. We highly recommend Jacob if you are looking for an agent, he really helped us through our first selling experience, we trusted his knowledge of the market and he was able to guide us through the whole process with as little stress as possible. Our property was not on the market for long and Jacob was able to assist us to achieve a really great result on the sale of the property. We were also really happy with Jacob's communication, he was very accessible and the most important thing we valued was that he was always kind and courteous to us and to our buyers. Thanks again Jacob, you did an amazing job and good luck with your future work!

Jacob took the stress out of the selling process. He kept us in the loop, while at the same time distancing us from anything that we didn't need to know about. We trusted his market advice and were really happy with our end result. He was always calm, patient and reliable.

Jacob from the time of open inspection through to auction and settlement dealt with all matters of purchase with a level of professionalism that was simply quite outstanding compared to other experiences, none of which were Independent real estate agents. Jacob remained responsive to endless questions, ensuring every minor detail was attended to and left no issue unresolved . There were no surprises. Jacob came across as genuinely committed to us as buyer's having a good experience for in so many ways Jacob applied a personal touch so rare. Thanks Jacob for everything you did.

Jacob Stanton talks and listens. He doesn't try to talk you into a course of action but, instead, gives you the range of possibilities and explains each one's strengths and weaknesses. He impressed by the way he came to our first meeting, armed with all the relevant information he needed to lay the groundwork for the approach he suggested. He did not oversell his case but provided all the information we needed to decide how to pursue the sale. He also encouraged questions - and answered them in detail - so that we were on top of everything he felt should be done to sell the house. His estimate of the price we might obtain matched what we hoped the property would fetch. However, he felt if there was sufficient competition, it might fetch more (as it did!). At our second meeting, he arrived with a well thought-out game plan that was costed, but also provided for a Plan B if it did not sell as quickly as he anticipated. He suggested we keep the marketing plan to the minimum that he outlined as he felt the property would sell quickly. If that did not happen, Plan B would allow him to move quickly into the next stage. We very much appreciated the flowers and note he sent us the day before the property's first - and only - open day. Small touches, such as these, are what make him such a good salesperson During the six days - much quicker than we had anticipated - that it took to sell the property, he advised us continuously by phone and in person on progress and what steps were being taken to finalise the sale. It was most impressive. Knowledge, skills and experience won the day. The property sold in six days and the price obtained was higher than we anticipated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob to others about to sell their property.

I hope you have also noted our comments regarding the extortion being carried out by ACT GOVT!?

Huge thanks to Jacob for a great selling experience. Very professional in all aspects and communication from start to end was outstanding.

Jacob was so professional and patient with my sale. It had been for sale in a saturated market but he and the team managed to get a sale at a reasonable price which is something I didn't think would happen. I would recommend Jacob to anyone as he was fantastic with advice and delivery of services and made my sale a painless event.🤗

A very hard working and HONEST! Agent that I find very rare and refreshing. Always on time, worked hard to get the right bidders to the auction and over delivered on a sale price that exceeded our reserve. Couldn’t recommend Jacob any higher!
