My experience with Jacob was good. He is a down to Earth bloke that was polite and professional and that could answer all my questions about the property I purchased. He was not pretentious nor egotistic, traits that I have experienced with real estate agents in the past. He maintained contact with me throughout the initial interest I displayed for the property to to the offer I made and eventual exchange of contracts. He continues to be in contact with me over the property purchase and has provided me with contacts in respect to services that can be provided by the real estate agency he works for in respect to the property. Once the property went to market Jacob showed a very organised, seamless and energetic approach to selling backed up by independents continual progress reports and feedback the whole way. Certainly alleviates the pressure when you know your agent is actively pushing your property.
We are very happy with the sale. I was quite impressed from the beginning till the end with his marketing strategy and we feel he is genuinely hard working and helpful guy with a very good communication skills. As always the market determines the price but he never pressured us to drop the price for a quick sale and get his commission. It did take little bit longer than what we anticipated for the sale but Jacob was always positive and never gave up. He opened the house for prospective buyers not only in the weekends but also in the weekdays and always giving us the feedback how he went.
