I selected Don Asplin as the agent to market and sell my property in Willetton. I am based in Melbourne and made a quick visit to Perth where I met Don and three other local agents. Don was the most well presented and had done his homework before the meeting. He outlined a plan and later gave us a copy in writing and stuck to it. During the "home open" he recieved some serious personal information, but he remained at the home open until it closed and the followed up a purchaser before he took time to attend the personal problem. Don is professional while still being personable and very down to earth - not your stereotypical real estate agent. His knowledge of the industry and the local market came in very handy when deciding on a marketing strategy as did his intimate knowledge of properties in the Willetton area which was invaluable when he was negotiating with buyers. Our house sold in 4 days for more than we were expecting. Don also demonstrated a very high level of personal integrity when resolving an issue during settlement. While he is not the cheapest, he is worth every cent - you get what you pay for. We would definitely use his services again.
