Don is a responsible agent. He explained everything that I have to know before I sign the offer. The only shortcoming is I think he is less patient, if he can improves a little bit, that will be fantastic.

This man is a true professional. He was dedicated to the sale of my property from the word "go". His knowedge of the industry and the area is remarkable. He outlined a plan and later gave us a copy in writing and stuck to it. During the "home open" he recieved some serious personal information, but he remained at the home open until it closed and the followed up a purchaser before he took time to attend the personal problem. THAT TO ME IS THE STAMP OF A TRUE PROFESSIONAL
Don is professional while still being personable and very down to earth - not your stereotypical real estate agent. His knowledge of the industry and the local market came in very handy when deciding on a marketing strategy as did his intimate knowledge of properties in the Willetton area which was invaluable when he was negotiating with buyers. Our house sold in 4 days for more than we were expecting. Don also demonstrated a very high level of personal integrity when resolving an issue during settlement. While he is not the cheapest, he is worth every cent - you get what you pay for. We would definitely use his services again.
