To me the best judge of a business/person is to ask “is this a person I would confidently recommend to my close friends or family knowing that he could meet their needs in a caring, skilful and professional way?” So would I recommend Don Asplin to these people? Yes I would, most definitely!

Don was very hard working (I'm not sure if or when he slept), professional with plenty of communication and incredible knowledge of the Willetton suburb. The only reason I marked him down in Negotiation is I don't think he had much negotiating to do.
Don was the agent when I bought my house which I recently sold after 15 years. Don is friendly and a good communicator. Information provided prior to putting my home on the market was extensive and helpful although I think the sale price (best case scenario) was unrealistic and therefore made the selling experience somewhat stressful and disappointing. Don was always available to answer any questions relating to the sale of my home and also when I was looking at homes in another area to purchase.

Purchase was difficult and drawn out. Comments about others potentially interested were not substantiated in any tangible manner leading to doubt. Comments about those people not generally acceptable these days. They might be correct however not generally acceptable in a professional discussion negotiation. Was never sure if seller was the whole issue or was the agent playing this up. Very hard to judge with only one purchase experience. Have listed not recommended which might be harsh however there was no insure option it had to be yes or no
Mr. Don was friendly and approachable person. Explained everything in detail. Answered all our questions and doubts. He has got good knowledge about the field. Overall experience was good.
