I bought a property sight unseen and have never travelled before to visit Tasmania. This property will be an investment to start and then home, for me in my retirement. I was very concerned about how this was going to work, particularly as I didn't know anyone in Tasmania who'd be free to inspect on my behalf, in the small window of opportunity I had between seeing the property online and being able to submit my offer. Donna and her team arranged a video walk-through for me, which allowed me to assess in more detail and determine what my offer would be. The offer was submitted that day and the following day, the vendor accepted my offer. As this was a multiple offer situation and I had missed multiple properties prior, I was very relieved to hear this news in a steadily rising market.
