I bought a property sight unseen and have never travelled before to visit Tasmania. This property will be an investment to start and then home, for me in my retirement. The offer was submitted that day and the following day, the vendor accepted my offer. As this was a multiple offer situation and I had missed multiple properties prior, I was very relieved to hear this news in a steadily rising market.
