Donna was most professional and hard working in getting my property on the market and sold quickly at a very good price. She was insightful as to what my property had to offer to a range of prospective buyers, and had good suggestions for minor improvement that would improve its desirability on the market. Donna communicated well, always getting back to me promptly if she was not available straight away. I would recommend her to anyone considering putting their property on the market.

I recently sold my property with Harcourts Deloraine and was very happy with their service and professionalism. Donna was fantastic with marketing and providing photos. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and the property sold within a week. She was proactive in making sure everything went smoothly and offered sound advice for selling my property. Thankyou Donna and Harcourts

Our experience with Donna when initially viewing our new property was excellent. We felt comfortable with her as if we had met before. Donna's knowledge of the local area, and in particular the history of the house we were looking at was second to none. We found Donna very welcoming and comfortable to be around. I would recommend Donna as an agent to anyone's next real estate purchase.

We have been liaising with Donna for over a year whilst viewing houses in the Deloraine and Westbury area. We found Donna to be highly knowledgeable about the local market. She is genuine in her approach, easy to communicate with and diligent.

Donna is incredibly professional, approachable and knowledgeable in respect to the local Meander Valley housing market. Donna and her team expertly guided us through the listing and selling process for our beloved little cottage, with a pragmatic and steadfast approach to ensuring the most positive outcome. We would highly recommend Donna and her team for anyone looking to sell their property.

I always felt Donna had the sale of my property totally under control and professionally managed. 0

Harcourts Deloraine gave us friendly advice, good direction and a swift, successful sale. Our sincere thanks to Daryl and Donna.

Donna worked tirelessly in order to sell my home. Donna is a most energetic, approachable and professional Real Estate Agent. Her photos were most professional and during the virus she made an excellent video for people to view on line during lockdown. This was a great selling technique. She was courteous at all times and kept me well informed during the proceedings. It was due to her determination and knowledge of selling methods that enabled the sale to be a success during such a down turn in the industry as a whole. I have been delighted with the sale, with the new buyers and with the manner in which Donna has co-ordinated the transaction.

Donna was great to work with. She helped us to understand our options and obligations, and kept us informed throughout. We're very happy with the outcome.

For years I have followed the real estate trends within Deloraine and surrounding areas and by doing so have developed an awareness of many agents within the industry throughout the Meander Valley. Such an awareness had gifted me the opportunity to deal directly with Donna Smith when committing to taking the big step of purchasing a property. Donna has a genuine love for our region and this clearly reflects in her delivery when selling and marketing property. Donna has a warm and encouraging disposition which compliments her many years experience in the industry in turn resulting in transparency throughout the partnership of buying and selling property. This is now my second property purchase to date with Donna and I have always maintained total trust and confidence throughout because of the excellence in service. I totally recommend this tirelessly committed agent to any one looking to buy or sell property within our beautiful area.
