Donna and her team were thoroughly professional and led us through the whole process as we had never sold before as we were in our home for 45 years. Very reliable, punctual and quick to respond to our many questions. She even recommended a good conveyancer to help us. Donna has great local knowledge and insights into Newcastle markets and I believe she achieved the best result for us. Would thoroughly recommend Spillane Property to anyone
Donna was immensely prepared and professional from our very first meeting. The advice, follow up and customer service of Donna’s whole team was excellent. Selling your home can be a stressful and emotional experience but Donna's knowledge & wisdom kept me calm throughout. We were in fantastic hands and I can highly recommend Donna as an agent to work with.
From start to finish, our experience of selling our house with Donna was nothing short of exceptional. Donna and her team work with you and you feel they are part of your journey, by your side, walking with you as you proceed towards auction day. There were no nerves, if there were questions, they were answered. Everything is explained and de-briefed in a quick daily catchup. You are always in the know. Confident. Comfortable. Moving in the right direction. The systems that Donna has in place make the process feel so smooth and transparent, and I felt confident from day one that I had made the right decision. Donna's professionalism, market knowledge, passion and dedication towards our marketing campaign felt structured and based on years of experience, but I loved that it also came with a nimble and agile response to buyer feedback. Her insight into the market, coupled with a deep understanding of buyer behaviour gave us such a competitive advantage, allowing us to maintain and capitalise on the interest of genuine buyers. Our end result on auction day was truly beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Donna as a MUST to have on your team. It was the BEST decision we made

Donna’s team communicated well with us right through our experience buying our dream home, they were very supportive. We would highly recommend
Donna and her team were excellent throughout the whole process of selling our house. Donna was regularly in contact with us providing updates and answering any questions we had, which made the process extremely smooth. We truly do not think we would have achieved our sale price if we had gone with any other agent. Donna has a great outstanding of the market and we would highly recommend Spillane Property to anyone selling their house.
We recently bought and sold with Donna and were very impressed with the professionalism and excellent service of her and her team on both sides of the transactions. We had frequent and transparent communication throughout the whole process, and felt we were in the best possible hands - would highly recommend them.
From the get go from enquiry through to purchase, Donna and her team were helpful and informative. A true professional outfit that made a typically stressful task easy.
We cannot fault the selling process that Donna Spillane and her talented team undertook for our property. Every step of the way, we were kept informed of the progress of the sale ( in both writing and by phone conversations) and Donna was an exemplary professional with sound and fundamentally strong judgement in the property market. We sold at a time when the market was challenging, yet Donna negotiated very well and we were very happy with the outcome. We can’t fault everyone involved in the sale - the auctioneer, the property stylists, the building inspectors, the team at Spillane Property and Donna herself who we highly recommend as your selling agent.
Donna and the Spillane team have been excellent to deal with! Even visiting open's whilst looking for our property, we felt warm and welcome. Their knowledge of each property and the market as a whole is considered and we would definitely look to purchase through them again in the future.
We have sold two properties through Donna and on both occasions she has achieved fantastic results. Donna is an absolute go-getter who looks after her clients with total professionalism. Donna is honest, personable and a great communicator. We highly recommend Donna and her team.
Donna was the person we chose to sell our home in New Lambton. While we didn't get the price we wanted, Donna and the team at Spillane Property were thoroughly professional and astute in their assessment of potential buyers. They identified the people who bought our house from very early on in the campaign, for instance. We went to auction and got a short settlement, which was good because we had already purchased and moved into our new home. Throughout the campaign they were clear and constant communicators.
