Be very careful to deal with Spillane property it was a painful experience to us while dealing with Spillane property . Most of the agent are inexperienced and they don’t even know what they are selling and don’t have any property knowledge while dealing with the client. We bought property though auction and had only one request to sort our nbn connection as we both are working from home which they didn’t rectified and when asked Spillane property mention about the contract that you signed the property in as is condition . So please request to all of you be very mindful before singling contract as you won’t get any assistance from Spillane once you sign contract . Not a good experience to deal with even while handing over keys they don’t have whole house keys and asked us to look into the house for any extra keys.
