I have bought and sold many houses Doreen made this the quickest easiest and stress free sale. Doreen has a huge client base and there was an offer on the house on the same day of listing it and a contract done by the close of busisness the following day. The key is to ask a fair price for what you're selling don't over price your property or it will sit there as many did at the same time the house was for sale.
