Dwight is a fantastic communicator and nothing was too much trouble for either he or Courtney when we needed to organise multiple viewings for builder's quotes or had further questions. When we needed to renegotiate after the building and pest inspection, we feel that Dwight represented both us and the seller fairly, and managed to get us a reduction. We feel that with Dwight's help, we paid a fair price for the property, and the entire sale process was efficient, easy, and very quick.
