Being a first time seller, I was a little unsure how the whole process worked going into it, however Dwight's team, and their professionalism and knowledge made the whole process very easy. Dwight took the time to get to know me as a person before dealing with the sale, which made it easy to approach him with questions about the whole process whenever I felt the need to. Not only were we able to get a price that was higher than my original goal, but Dwight and his team took the time to make sure I was kept up to date the whole way through, with calls and visits and the occasional breakfast. Getting a good price is one thing, but not being treated like a number is another. 10/10 would recommend.
