A few months ago, I had ther pleasure of buying a property with Kathleen as the agent for the vendor. I was so impressed with the care and attention that she paid to both myself as the purchaser (as well as, obviously, to the vendors!) that I decided that if I ever needed to sell a home, Kathleen would be my choice of agent. Well, through some unfortunate personal circumstances, that time came only months after my purchase and Kathleen stepped in acting for me as vendor this time. And my choice of her as agent was confirmed straight away as Kathleen swung into action! She not only handled the usual 'sale' aspects of the transactions meticulously, but she also stepped in and provided invaluable assistance to me, personally, as she arranged for the property to be maintained during my absence (interstate) and touched base with me frequently to check in on me and keep me up to date with the sale. So, I've now experienced Kathleen on both sides of buying and selling a property and have comwe away just as happy this time as I was last. Highly reconmmeded!

What a fantastic experience! From start to finish Kathleen made selling our home a pleasure and we sold for way more than we expected. We realised that Kathleen was more than just a regular agent when she turned up with her production crew to shoot the promotional video. Kathleen is a great agent! We live in Sydney, did not have time to go back to Newcastle to sell our investment property. Kathleen helps us selling our investment property with tenants in it.
