Very nice and very helpful

The experience of buyng a property is always stressful, more so in 2021 when there is a huge demand for properties and a limited supply of sellers. We had been looking for an investment property for some time and had attended numerous open homes. We looked at two properties with Belle Property and in both cases I found the agents representing Belle extremely helpful and clearly had a good knowledge of market trends. The property we finally purchased through an Open Home was with Belle Properties. There were a number of interested purchasers but we never felt under any pressure and when we made our offer, which was accepted, the progress to settlement was very smooth and the agent maintained contact with us throughout the process.

Sam was wonderful to work with from start to finish. From the first meeting to the final settlement, Sam and his team gave us so much support during such a stress-filled time! Sam handled everything and walked us through the process every step of the way. He is an excellent communicator and was careful to explain his process to us to keep us connected and informed throughout the sale - even from thousands of kilometres away.
