Sam had been recommended to us by friends and we were blown away by his estimate of what we could achieve for our house. It was well above any other agents’ estimates. We ultimately went with Sam and to say we were happy with the outcome would be an understatement. Thanks to Sam and his team we were able to have extra funds as well as a long settlement to find our new home. When I met Sam he gave me a massive list of work to do very confident that if I did so it would be about 1.1. Well 6 months later lots of hard work at it daily and consumed every weekend, cursing Sam on many occasions. Well finally done and on the market result fantastic.
