Sam went above and beyond when selling our property! He always had time to chat if we had any questions or would call back as soon as he could! He even rang us back while he was away on leave now that us dedication!! He didn't stop at the first few offers and engaged with possible buyers in a polite and respectful manner. This is unlike some experiences we have had in the past. He got us way more than we were expecting and managed out expectations well and respectfully and then blew them out of the water! He also considered more than just the money figure for us as we lived behind in the once back yard (subdivision) of the house we were selling with young kids and wanted to ensure the new buyers were nice, kind and respectful people! Now he could have just gone with he highest bidder, but instead negotiated respectfully with the better candidate for what we wanted to get a better price in line with the higher offer. We can not thank you enough! We will always use Sam in any sale of future houses, knowing we are in good hands!

Sam had done his homework when he talked to us about what to expect in the selling of our investment property, he knew what buyers would be looking for at the first meeting. Even with constraints of the pandemic Sam was able to guide us through, without a hitch. We really liked the strategy of how to present our property to perspective buyers. Sam seemed to always have a contingency plan for what may go wrong so we had backup. I will be contracting Sam again in the future to transact the selling of other properties.
