When the time come to sell I contacted Sam and arranged an appraisal/meeting at my home. He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Sam was very good with he's communication; very clear and concise. He was very prompt and if we missed each other's calls, we would always call back as soon as he could. He never seemed to stop working. There were a few times, I thought I had missed him for the day and he called me back at 7pm. Sam was always able to deliver on he's word. I also dealt with one of the cadets, Tom. It was Tom who met me at the open home and the second time I visited the property to take some measurements. On both occasions, Tom arrived before I did, and I was on time. Tom too was also very friendly and great to deal with!

Sam and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The day I booked the appraisal I received a very well presented Belle Property information pack that added the wow factor from the start. During our first meeting all questions were answered especially detailing what was required to set our home up for the best sale possible (other agents left us with many unanswered questions). The best part was the frequent contact via WhatsApp, we never felt out of the loop and knew where everything was up to each step of the way. Sam was very helpful and available through messaging after hours which made the whole process less stressful on my end. This was a first for me and I was definitely out of my comfort zone but I think the whole process has ran very smoothly.
