This whole process very easy for me. Both agents had a lot of knowledge and that is exactly what I needed being a first time seller. Thank you for the communication throughout this as well, I always knew what was going on from the first time I contacted you. I had two real estates I was picking between. Got both to come and give me an appraisal. From the moment I rang Sam he was confident and immediately was able to help. He came to my property within 2 days, told me what I needed to do, how I should style it, gave me a price, went through how Belle runs and this was all before I had even signed a contract. Sam just being confident made my decision for me. I unfortunately couldn’t be there for when the photos were getting take so my stress levels were out the roof. My partner and Sam ran the show, and they turned out amazing. Couldn’t be happier. They were also returned to me within a day and we were pushed to get online before Christmas. Unfortunately it didn’t sell before Christmas but before we had another weekend open home in the new year it was gone! Such an amazing experience for me and I thank Sam and the Team at Belle for everything they have done and helped me with. The only thing i would disliked was, they only allowed 15ish minutes between open homes. Meaning one left another place to come to my home. Every single time there was someone arriving at least 15 minutes early. I would leave the property all open ready for the agent but people would try and enter before the agent would arrive. Tiny bit awkward as the owner to say, “Sorry the agent is on his way” then sit out the front waiting to leave. But very minor issue. Overall such a fantastic experience, if I was to sell again Belle would be my first choice.
