We first meet Sam on our weekly open house hunting. Straight up Sam stood out from all other agents. The enthusiasm and warm nature Sam showed was a true comfort and they fast became the open houses we looked forward to visiting . Sam’s properties and attention to details far surpassed what others had shown. So when it came to sell this was not a hard call. Sam came out gave honest, fair but tuff feedback on what was needed to sell. We took all the advised made it happen and Sam sold our house in three days with record viewings with a price we where happy with.
