Well where to start; When deciding on what agent to use to sell our home in Cameron Park, there was no comparison. What a great experience I had selling my house through Belle Property Charlestown. Sam Taylor went out of his way to make this experience a smooth transition. Initially I did not think I would engage them for my sale as to be honest they looked "too classy" and I thought that meant expensive! The night before the first appointment I received a boxed copy of 2 glossy home magazines tied up in ribbon. The next day Sam & Anthony Di Nardo arrived for the consultation (I had seen 3 other agents prior and all 3 denigrated other agents) but not these two, in actual fact they sang the praises of other agents. At the end of the consultation there was no contest I absolutely knew my dealings with Sam Taylor would be based on honesty and integrity and that is exactly what happened and surprisingly the cost was comparable. Unfortunately due to a slight downturn in the local market my house did not sell as quickly as I had hoped but Sam continued to manage my expectations. Nothing was too difficult for him, when I called he either answered immediately or returned my calls. The photography for marketing was top class, so much so I felt like I wanted to stay, my house looked so good LOL!!! From the time my house hit the market to the day it sold, Sam did not waver from his commitment, he continued to arrange and deliver open houses every Saturday with the same enthusiasm he delivered the first one. My house did sell of course and this weekend I will be moving on to a new chapter. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam Taylor to anyone who wishes to sell or purchase a home. If you want honesty, integrity and passion in an industry that, let's face it does not have the best reputation Sam Taylor is your man, I was blessed to find him. Sam performed exceptionally well with the sale of our house. The house sold within 2 weeks of being on the market. He also made sure the house was well presented for openhouse inspection.
