She came on board after the initial agent retired. She did all the paperwork, but she could have communicated what was happening with the buyers a bit more. My tenant moved out only to find out that the buyers wanted himto stay for a few more months.

Khush was respectful and tried very hard to sell the property. Unfortunately, communication was inconsistent and confusing. We were told one thing and then told the opposite from day 1 and throughout the sale. At times it seemed that she was looking after the buyer more than us. Once the property was sold we were forgotten about. The advertising on the website and shop window was incomplete/ incorrect and below standard compared to other realestate providers, and had to be told by us to correct/ amend. We will not recommend to use if asked.
