Selling my property was fast. Great Agent.

My personal experience with Khushpreet has not been a very pleasant experience to say the least. I felt that I was pressured to sign the contract giving Response Real Estate full access to sell the property. Khushpreet has no people skills and never kept me up to date on who was going to the property as I still had personal possessions inside the property. Also I was able to be given the keys to the property without any form of identification or signing the keys out from the staff at Response Real Estate. The property was so undervalued as the appraisal was marketed as between $750-$770k and we managed to sell the property at the lower end so I feel that Khushpreet didn’t have my intentions at heart when it came to selling my property considering when another property with less features in the same area went for over $800k!!! I wasn’t notified about when signs were going up and also when the ‘under contract’ and ‘sold’ stickers went up on those signs as I feel that Khushpreet has taken away my opportunity in being there for these type of events. I also want it to be known that Khushpreet had only shown one type of CALD background people therefore denying the opportunity for other background and diversity people from other backgrounds from seeing the property. There was no official ‘open home’ and the property was sold with no marketing but Khushpreet still expects me to pay for the marketing which includes the sign which went up after the contract for sale paperwork was signed by both parties and she also expects me to pay for the photographer in which the photos also went up online after the property was sold. Overall my experience with Khushpreet was not professional and nor was I impressed with Khushpreet and I would not recommend Khushpreet or Response Real Estate to anybody in the near future.

It was a fairly quick process with setting up for the sale after first open home we had a buyer and with Khushpreet Isans negotiating skills all went fairly smoothly ! Would definitely use again.
